The Tech Gate Vienna is a science and technology park in the Donau City. The plans came from the Austrian architects Wilhelm Holzbauer and Sepp Frank. It was built from 1999 to 2005 in two stages:
The carrier company is the Tech Gate Vienna Science and Technology Park GmbH. Shareholders are WPWS Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, Wien Holding GmbH and FFG – Österreichische Forschungsförderungsgesellschaft mbH.
The Tech Gate Vienna has small, medium and large office space. Small offices have 30 to 60 sqm, medium to about 100 sqm and large offices are available from 200 sqm. There are also rooms for events, seminars, meetings, small fairs or workshops. For meetings and conferences, for example, you can use the Business Stage rooms. The Multimedia Stage, which offers not only sufficient space but also optimum technical equipment on an area of 750 sqm, is also ideal for this purpose. Thus, seminars, workshops, etc. can be holden there.
On the seventh floor is the so-called Ring Stage. This stage is perfect for events. The 113 sqm room offers optimal lighting conditions and is surrounded by a terrace. Also it is possible to darken the room by blinds. One of the highlights is located on the 19th floor. Because there is the 540 sqm Sky Stage. Breathtaking views, state-of-the-art technology and a terrace make the Sky Stage a unique part of the Tech Gate Vienna.
