Mischek Tower

This building was constructed by Mischek Bau AG on behalf of Wiener Heim real estate developers between 1998 and 2000. Its design was supplied by architects Delugan-Meissel. The Mischek Tower is currently Vienna's tallest residential building and what's more, the world's highest prefabricated building according to its principal constructor.

Its central location as well as its proximity to the recreational areas of the Donaupark, the Alte Donau and the Donauinsel make living in the Donau-City highly attractive. In addition to its architectural characteristics owing to its location, the Mischek Tower also has other services on offer (such as a concierge cubicle occupied around the clock) which make living there very comfortable indeed.
