The first building on the site In 1998, the Andromeda Tower designed by architect Prof. Wilhelm Holzbauer and developed by WED AG was the first building to be completed on the site. It is owned today by Amisola Immobilien AG.
Tenants include the Japanese embassy, IT provider Unisys and General Electrics. Shops, service providers and restaurants occupy the base storeys. The Andromeda Tower has an effective floor space of 34,450 m² distributed over 29 storeys. The building is 103.5 metres tall (total building height 113 metres including antennas).
